W​arren Ndlovu

Warren Ndlovu is an MBA/MES candidate at The Wharton School and Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences, respectively. He is interested in sustainable urban development and resilience and adaptation in cities. Prior to grad school he worked in management consulting focusing on growth strategy and customer strategy, was Chief of Staff at a pan-African tech investment holding company, and a derivative structuring analyst at an investment bank. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on international finance from the University of Cape Town.​
Genevieve Silva

Genevieve Silva is an MD/MBA candidate at the Perelman School of Medicine & The Wharton School. She is passionate about the intersection of climate change & human health and about improving sustainability within the healthcare sector. During her medical degree program, she was a member of the founding board of the national organization, Medical Students for a Sustainable Future, and she worked closely with a research lab studying healthcare waste and emissions. Genevieve holds a B.S. in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from Yale University.
Colton Sheehan

Colton Sheehan is a third year graduate student in the Department of Chemistry in the School of Arts and Sciences. His research focuses on the design of solar cell devices for carbon capture and energy storage. He is passionate about developing technology for sustainable energy to mitigate carbon emissions. Prior to attending Penn, Colton received his Bachelor's degrees in chemistry and physics from the University of Virginia.
Ilia Beloly
Co-VP of Finance

Ilia Beloly was born and raised in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. For his undergrad, Ilia studied Technology Management and Energy Policy in The University of Tokyo. His passion for renewables led him to work on originating, developing, financing and managing construction of small hydro, geothermal, solar, onshore and offshore wind projects across Japan, Taiwan and Korea. Currently Ilia serves as a Head of Development at hooracán Energy, independent developer tackling emerging markets. Ilia loves to pick and analyze the site using GIS and after work on the ground with local stakeholders. Ilia is passionate about floating offshore wind and deep geothermal. 
Asher Goldman
VP of Masterclasses
Master of Business Administration '23
Asher Goldman is a second year Wharton MBA. He has spent his career accelerating the deployment of climate solutions, primarily working at Generate Capital on the waste-and-water investment team. In this role, Asher invested hundreds of millions of dollars into sustainable infrastructure to mitigate GHG emissions, largely focusing on food- and agricultural-waste-to-biogas projects. This past summer, Asher worked with Voyager Ventures, a decarbonization-focused venture capital firm and the Department of Energy's Loan Programs Office. Asher holds a BS in environmental engineering and an MS in mechanical engineering in energy and sustainability.
Manuel Gallardo

Manuel Gallardo is a second-year MBA student at The Wharton School. His background is in technology, marketing, and social impact, and he is also one of the co-presidents of Wharton’s Sustainable Business Coalition. Manuel graduated from UC Santa Barbara, where he experienced California’s worsening drought and wildfire crises first-hand, and became even more passionate about addressing climate change after working to fund drought mitigation projects at a microfinance NGO called Kiva. Prior to Wharton he worked in brand marketing at Google in San Francisco.
Mrinalini Shukla
VP of Happiness & Social Life

Master of Business Administration '23
Mrinalini Shukla is a Wharton MBA graduate student. Prior to Wharton, Mrinalini was an Energy & Utilities Engineer at Shell based in India and Qatar. She is passionate about energy access and has travelled to the Himalayas to install solar microgrids in remote villages. She aims to provide sustainable and scalable energy solutions for emerging economies.
Sammy Wong
VP of Educational Partnerships

Juris Doctor '23
Sammy Wong is a third-year law student focusing on energy regulation and climate policy. At Penn Law he serves on the editorial boards of The University of Pennsylvania Law Review and The Regulatory Review and is the president of the Environmental Law Project. He also works part-time in D.C. at the White House Council on Environmental Quality.
​Abhinav Raghunathan
VP of Website & IT
Master of Data Science '22
Abhinav Raghunathan is a second-year Data Science Master's student at UPenn. A TEDx speaker, his primary area of focus is social impact via machine learning and data science with an emphasis on climate data and governance. Abhinav holds a dual-degree from The University of Texas at Austin in Computational Engineering and Mathematics. In his free time, he plays tennis, writes short stories, and sings.
Shannon Wong
VP of Membership

Master of Business Administration '23
Shannon Wong is a first-year MBA candidate at The Wharton School. She is interested in climate finance and technology with a focus on urban resilience, sustainable food and agriculture, and transportation. Shannon is on the board of Wharton's Sustainable Business Coalition. Prior to Wharton, she worked in the impact investing practice of MaRS Discovery District and started her career in foreign policy. She received a BA in International Relations from Brown University.
