Anushka Samant
Co-Chair Master of City Planning '24 Anushka Samant is a graduate student in the City Planning program at the Weitzman School of Design studying technology, climate, and cities. She is interested in high-density settlements, resiliency planning, cultural geographies, and investigating the intersection of the built environment and ecology. Before coming to Penn, she worked as an urban researcher on issues related to housing, social equity, and climate justice with communities that are victims of socio-spatial discrimination. In her free time, she experiments with illustrations and data visualization to communicate urban and climate policies through mixed media.

Hannah Winn
Co-Chair Master of Environmental Studies ‘24 Hannah Winn is a Masters of Environmental Studies candidate concentrating in Sustainability and Environmental Policy. Her professional interests include stormwater management and clean water access. Throughout her studies, she has interned for the Philadelphia Water Department where she worked to develop green stormwater infrastructure projects throughout the city. Prior to Penn, Hannah worked as a landscape designer creating public spaces for all.

Rose Albert
VP of Membership and Social PhD in Pharmacology ‘27 Rose Albert is a second-year PhD student in Pharmacology studying environmental exposures and sex differences in the context of lung injury. She graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a BS in Chemistry and an MPH in Environmental Health. While in Alabama, her academic and nonprofit experiences in public health policy, environmental leadership, and social justice advocacy fostered a deep connection to southern environmental justice issues. Rose's long-term goal is to provide scientific and technical support to communities overburdened by environmental injustice and the climate crisis, especially in the South.

Olga Belyanina
Co-VP of Masterclass Master of Business Administration '25 Olga Belyanina is an MBA student at the Wharton School. Her career has revolved around tech startups, first in corporate venture capital and then as an operator in B2B SaaS. Olga became passionate about sustainability while helping a Fortune 500 company decarbonize through VC investments and partnerships across the circular economy, supply chain, food waste, advanced materials, and retail tech. She spent her summer pre-MBA at Suffolk Technologies, focused on sustainability investments in the built environment. Olga is interested in helping scale early stage climate tech solutions with the highest impact on decarbonization.

Michael Shostek
Co-VP of Masterclass Master of Public Administration '24 Michael Shostek is a graduate student in the Master of Public Administration program at the Fels Institute of Government. His professional interests lie at the intersection of environmental and climate justice, civil rights, and public policy. Before starting his graduate program, Michael was a paralegal supporting the advancement of voting rights and redistricting litigation to protect democracy and the intrinsic right to vote, as well as criminal justice cases. An active volunteer in Scouting, Michael supports leadership development, training, communications, and environmental sustainability opportunities for youth. In his free time, he enjoys TV, film, and spending time in the outdoors.

Mack Radin
VP of Finance and Community Master of Business Administration '25 Mack Radin is a first-year MBA candidate at Wharton. He grew up in the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains in California and graduated from Williams College, where he was a director of the Outing Club. He has experience in management consulting and investing, including stints with tech companies ranging from seed-stage to F100 focused on decarbonization strategy and sustainability reporting. Last summer, he interned at Kodama Systems, a startup developing autonomous robotics for wildfire mitigation and carbon removal. Mack also writes a climate tech newsletter, "The Green Bite," and enjoys backcountry skiing and surfing in his free time.

VP of Marketing Master of Environmental Studies '24 Fanwei Liu is a second-year Master of Environmental Studies candidate, with a specialized focus on Energy Transition and Sustainability. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics from Scripps College. Fanwei has gained valuable professional experience through research internships at organizations such as Greenpeace and the World Resources Institute, where she contributed to projects centered around energy sustainability. Fanwei's aspiration is to make a significant impact on the decarbonization of various sectors, promote clean energy transitions, and actively contribute to the global goal of achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.
